Why it works

Scientific method vs fortune-telling dream books

Three scientific criteria

Each image is verified: what it does in reality, what it means to you personally, and what deeper reality stands behind it.

Your context is everything

The same snake means different things for a man and a woman, for ages 20 and 50. Without personal context, interpretation is meaningless.

8 dream types

Not all dreams are worth analyzing. A false dream is vivid but emotionless. The system identifies the type and filters out false ones.

30+ years of research

Thousands of clinical cases. Individual sessions with the professor cost thousands of euros. This knowledge base is now available to everyone.

Reality, not fiction

If it's not in the database, we'll say so. No guessing. Only the professor's scientific works, no open sources.

Dream journal – life dynamics

Your records show whether life is on track or you're repeating a mistake. The first dream of the night is the most important.

Why regular dream books don’t work

Regular dream book
  • Fish = pregnancy. Teeth = loss. One meaning for everyone
  • Doesn't consider who you are – your sex, age, situation don't matter
  • All dreams interpreted the same way, no filtering
  • Sources – folk beliefs and fiction
  • Result: random coincidences or disappointment
Scientific method
  • Three verification criteria: causal, functional, semantic
  • Considers who you are – sex, age, life situation change the meaning
  • 8 dream types – false ones filtered out, only genuine analyzed
  • 30+ years of clinical research by a psychology professor
  • Result: accurate picture of health, relationships, life direction

Every night you receive an accurate snapshot of your life

This is not a metaphor. An Italian psychology professor spent 30 years researching dreams in clinical practice with thousands of patients and proved: the first dream of the night, in its first 2-3 scenes, contains your current situation, its cause, and the solution. Your inner essence – your natural project, your calling – speaks to your consciousness every night. The question is whether you can read it.

The scientific method works through three criteria: what the object actually does in the world (causal), what it means for you specifically – considering your sex, age, and situation (functional), and what true reality stands behind the image (semantic). This is not fortune-telling – it is a method with verifiable results.

Key discovery: not all dreams are real. Some dreams come from genuine intuition – they show the real state of your health, relationships, and whether you are on the right path. Others are false – from accumulated external programs, limiting beliefs, and trauma. They are vivid but carry no emotional charge. They don't need analysis. The scientific method distinguishes one from the other.

How to properly record a dream for analysis

Dreams fade within the first minutes after waking up. Write them down immediately – even keywords on your phone. The most important is the first dream of the night. If you wake up in the middle of the night and remember a dream – write it down.

What to record: what happened (actions, scenes), who appeared (and who that person reminds you of in real life), where (the setting), what you felt during the dream (not after waking up – during the dream itself). Also: what is happening in your life right now – what you were thinking about before sleep, what decision you face, what worries you. This context is what makes interpretation accurate.
