Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

This Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Agreement") governs the use of the Life Navigator service (lifenavi.app), operated by sole proprietor Yakimova Ksenia Igorevna, INN 662102022812, OGRNIP 324774600830627(hereinafter — "Operator").

By using the Service, you accept the terms of this Agreement in full. If you disagree with any provisions, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Life Navigator is a web application that provides:

  • Dream interpretation based on scientific psychology methodology
  • Natal chart calculation and astrological analysis
  • Psychosomatic symptom analysis
  • Compatibility analysis, transits, and other tools

The Service uses artificial intelligence (Claude, Anthropic) for data processing. Results are informational in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, or financial advice.

3. Registration and Account

  • To access full functionality, registration with a valid email is required
  • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
  • One person may create only one account
  • The Operator reserves the right to suspend an account for violations of this Agreement

4. Free and Paid Access

  • Each user receives 3 free analyses (across all tools combined)
  • Continued use requires a paid subscription: Navigator (990 RUB/month) or Master (2,490 RUB/month)
  • Payment is processed via CloudPayments. The Operator does not store bank card data
  • Subscription renews automatically. Cancellation is available at any time through the account settings

5. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of payment if fewer than 3 analyses have been performed during that period. Refund requests: support@lifenavi.app. Refund is processed within 10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee specific results
  • Dream interpretations, astrological analyses, and recommendations are for informational purposes only
  • The Operator is not liable for decisions made by the User based on the Service's results
  • For medical issues, consult a qualified physician

7. Intellectual Property

All materials of the Service (design, texts, code, methodology) are the intellectual property of the Operator and are protected by copyright law. Copying, distribution, or use of materials without the Operator's written consent is prohibited.

8. User Obligations

The User agrees not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Send automated requests (bots, scrapers)
  • Provide knowingly false information
  • Resell or redistribute Service results for commercial purposes

9. Changes to the Agreement

The Operator reserves the right to modify this Agreement. The current version is always available at lifenavi.app/terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
